I started out in the real estate market 10 years ago as a mortgage broker. I became a "top loan originator" in my office and excelled at exceeding my clients’ expectations by simply doing what I believed was my job. I gave my clients my complete attention, I asked questions, I was thorough and efficient, and I was always accessible and treated every matter for every client as a top priority.
Though I loved working with clients and assisting them with their real estate purchases, I went on hiatus and challenged myself by accepting an opportunity to use my strong analytical skills in a position that allowed me to travel extensively.As a Senior Business Analyst at The Customer Group, I used the same skills that I believe are essential to being a successful real estate broker; gather information about client needs, define and analyze objectives and deliver solutions.
