Linda Little’s favorite part of her job is getting to know her clients. She listens to their hopes, needs and concerns, and she works hard to make their dreams a reality.
Since 1999, Linda has provided exceptional service and care to all her clients. She brings extensive market knowledge, accurate analysis, objective consultation and effective negotiation, giving her buyers and sellers a distinct advantage in a competitive market.
Linda is a homeowner and real estate investor with many renovation projects under her belt. She has deep knowledge of vintage homes and she’s able to guide buyers towards smart investments. Linda also has extensive experience with multifamily properties. With every home, Linda can clearly see the potential – and risks – which is invaluable for buyers rehabbing a property for themselves or intending to sell.
Linda is a million-dollar producer each year. She has been repeatedly named a Five Star Professional Real Estate Agent, a designation reserved for the top 3% of Chicagoland REALTORS® ranked on client satisfaction. Not surprisingly, over 90% of Linda’s clients come from referrals.
Linda has a bachelor’s degree in studio art from University of Maryland. She began her career in retail buying and marketing, honing her negotiation and sales skills – the perfect preparation for her work in real estate.
When she’s not working with clients or rehabbing properties, Linda is a committed volunteer who contributes her time and talents to the Proviso Food Pantry, PADS, Hephzibah, Sarah’s Inn and New Moms. She also paints watercolor portraits of children, pets, and of course, houses. When spring finally rolls around, you’ll find her out in her garden or creating landscape designs for friends and neighbors.
Linda was referred to us by family who had previously worked with her to purchase their homes. As first time home buyers, my fiancé and I were not familiar with the process of home buying. Linda made sure to always answer our questions patiently and thoroughly. She is VERY knowledgeable on real estate transactions, various neighborhoods in the area, and identifying strengths ( or potential pain points) with the homes we visited. Linda made sure to understand what we were looking for in a house and only presented houses that met our criteria. She is also very responsive- quick to schedule appointments, answer our questions, and process all the paperwork. Throughout the process, we ALWAYS felt that Linda had our best interests at heart. While she always pointed out pros and cons of the houses, we never felt pressured in any way to make a decision on a home. Not only is she a great Realtor, she is a wonderful person who treats every transaction as if it were her own. We definitely will continue to recommend her to friends and family.

I’ve had the pleasure of working with Linda on three real estate transactions now, and am always impressed with her responsiveness, her careful attention to all details, and her professionalism, not to mention her excellent eye for the little staging details that will get you the best possible price at market. Thanks to her hard work, my place sold in a week, and at full asking price. I look forward to working with Linda on our next place!

I am extremely grateful to Linda Little for helping me all the way, I mean all the way from the initial meeting to determine my timeline and goal, to the closing. In between, she helped me arrange my furniture and accessories. Then she took excellent photos of my condo and made presentation booklets. She hosted at least 3 open houses and before a scheduled event such as a showing, open house, meeting with an attorney, etc, she would remind me ahead of time by e-mail. In addition to the above, she is very artistic in the arrangement of furniture and photography, which are assets in the sale of real estate.
Linda was the second realtor I contracted to help sell my home in Oak Park during a very “down market”. I found her suggestions regarding the sale of my home to be very practical. Given the fact that I was an “absentee owner” – I had just moved to the East Coast – and could not contract or provide the necessary improvements myself, Linda’s assistance regarding necessary building enhancements was immeasurable. Linda kept me well informed on my home’s sale progress, was very responsive to my inquiries and created a first rate marketing plan for my home which included expansive web coverage, open houses and peer interaction/networking. With Linda’s assistance I was able to sell my home in Oak Park and move forward with my life in Connecticut. Without hesitation, I would recommend Linda to help sell a home, and if I were to return to the area market place, I would not hesitate reaching out to her to help me find another home. -Constance, Seller
