real estate goals is my highest priority!
My fascination with real
estate began when we purchased our current home. We identified the perfect
house with one catch, it was a "short sale". Friends and family
offered plenty of advice " don't bother it will never close". I
thought otherwise and applied my years of project management experience to work
with our lender, attorney and agent to close our new home within 90 days,
unheard of! After the sale was complete I realized that applying the structured
methods I used to purchase my home that I could help people to realize their
real estate dreams.
Before becoming a real
estate broker, I spent many years in corporate America as a project manager. My
years of project management show in my style with my attention to detail in
every cycle of the real estate process. This experience allows me to listen to
my clients, focus on their desires and couple this with the experience of
Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices Chicago as one of the leading brokerages
in the Chicagoland area to provide high quality, client focused service.
As part of the BHHS
Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices Chicago family I bring neighborhood knowledge and market insight, along
with outstanding personal service as the cornerstones of my business. Whether
you are buying or selling, I will provide guidance at each step of the way.
I was raised in the
northern suburbs of Illinois. For 16 years I called myself an Evanstonian and
since 2011 a Libertyvillian! I intimately understand the northern suburbs, what
they have to offer and the lifestyle of its residents.
Since moving to
Libertyville I have immersed myself in the community, District 70 schools and
my neighborhood. I have and continue to serve as a committee chair, committee
member and Executive Board member of my childrens’ Elementary and Middle School
Family Associations. Which gives me extensive knowledge of our community and
the area which I share with each of my clients.
My husband, Ed, and I have 2 children; Mia
and Chace and a menagerie of family pets! I am actively involved with local
interest groups with my 2 Bernese Mountain Dogs. You may see me at our local
farmers market, lunch in the park or at the dog park with Lady Elsa and Sir
I invite you tocontact me to discuss your next steps.
