With more than 30 years in the residential real estate field, eight years of which were as owner of her own brokerage, Heidi has a wealth of real estate industry experience from which to draw and guide her clients to achieve their lifestyle goals.

After working for several years at the Chicago Board Options Exchange, Heidi found her passion of residential real estate. She worked in the Lincoln Park and Gold Coast neighborhoods of Chicago and then turned to development projects in the city and then to the prestigious Ft. Sheridan project, a former Army base redevelopment, involving the restoration of historic buildings and new construction homes and condos, on the North Shore of Lake Michigan. When the project was complete, Heidi continued her career with Orren Pickell Designers & Builders in the luxury Custom home arena. She helped clients navigate land acquisition, worked with architects to custom design and guided them through the detailed process of realizing their dream. Heidi was an integral part of marketing and sold several of the firm’s showpiece Concept Homes, including the Renaisssance.com, Jewel Box, and the Vacation Home, properties that ranged from $2,000,000 - $4,000,000. She also worked with clients to create their luxury homes at the South Shore Club on Lake Geneva. She designed, built, marketed and sold her own home over $1,000,000 on speculation at the downturn of the real estate market in 2007.
In 2008, Heidi decided to open her own real estate brokerage, New Avenues in Real Estate which she operated for about eight years. In 2016, when she was looking to take her career to the next level, she explored many companies but ultimately chose Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices Chicago, then known as Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices KoenigRubloff Realty Group.
In her free time, Heidi enjoys traveling, hiking, walking, exercise, volunteering, and socializing. She has a creative and positive outlook on life. Although much of her business is referrals from past clients, she is always eager to fit new clients into her schedule and make sure that together they can accomplish their real estate needs.
