Since becoming a Realtor in 1988 Gwynne has solved every conceivable problem for many different people. Her experience nurturing nature good listening skills and sense of humor have enabled her to help her clients through the process of buying or selling a property with great success and ease. With a background in special education and psychology Gwynne is particularly sensitive to understanding her client's needs and focusing her efforts on what it takes to get the job done. If it's selling a home she believes in an aggressive marketing program including open houses targeted mailings brochures and advertising. Working with buyers she loves sharing her knowledge of the marketplace. Most of all she likes the nitty-gritty of real estate and negotiating on her clients' behalf.
