About

More information about me.

Christian Pezzuto graduated from Purdue University in 1999 where he received his bachelor’s degree in Industrial Management with a minor in Economics. After leaving Purdue, he attended Chicago-Kent College of Law. Upon the completion of his first year of law school, he was selected for a judicial externship for the Honorable William J. Hibbler of the United States District Court for the Northern District of Illinois. At the conclusion of his second year, he worked for the United States Securities and Exchange Commission. In 2003, Mr. Pezzuto graduated from Chicago-Kent College of Law with Highest Honors and was inducted into the Order of the Coif, a national legal honor society whose membership is only eligible to those graduating in the top 10 percent of their respective law school classes.

Upon graduation, Mr. Pezzuto obtained his real estate broker license and was a family law attorney for multiple years. Mr. Pezzuto continues to be a licensed attorney in the State of Illinois as well as a licensed real estate broker in both Illinois and Arizona.

For the past eleven years, he has served as president of a 624-unit condominium association, located in Chicago’s Gold Coast. As president of the association, he has overseen an annual budget of over $4 million while maintaining no assessment increase for 10 consecutive years. He works closely with local developers and the aldermen’s offices to shape the future of the Gold Coast as new developments are proposed in the area. His experience owning multi-family and student housing in both Arizona and Indiana has lent itself well to both maintaining low expenses for his condominium association while also taking that knowledge, as well as relationships, and applying them to his multi-family and student housing real estate holdings for various cost cutting and efficiency measures.
