Personal Real Estate Experience

Together with my husband developed a 40 acre vacant land parcel in the Geneva Lakes Area into a subdivision. The process involved rezoning from agricultural to residential. It proved to be a valuable learning experience which launched my real estate career. The subdivision today is very desirable and a personal success story.
