Amanda Austin began her career with Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices Chicago as an administrator with the Lincoln Park office, obtaining her broker's license soon after joining the company. She is now the assistant managing broker for the Lincoln Park office, mentoring a team of office administrators and more than 200 agents. Amanda operates under the personal philosophy that no request is too large or too small. She gives her time and expertise willingly and is dedicated to creating an atmosphere of teamwork and mutual support within her office.

As a non-selling manager, Amanda is able to share her in-depth industry knowledge and devote her tremendous energy to helping everyone in her office achieve their personal and professional best. She was selected by Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices Chicago to be an instructor for the company's ACE (Agent Career Enhancement) training program and currently teaches a key class on Contact and Transaction Management.

A graduate of the University of Cincinnati, Amanda holds a B.A. in Business Administration with a minor in Real Estate. Before finding her true career calling in real estate management, she worked in recruiting and feels that experience helped her identify with the agents she today counsels and guides through the day-to-day details of building a successful career.

Amanda lives in Chicago with her husband and two young children. As a busy management professional she values her time with her family, whether on family outings or enjoying everyday activities, including dressing up as a pirate or making cupcakes.
