After many full-time years as a stand-up comedian, I wanted to change paths to a field where I can still interact with people one on one. Real estate was the obvious choice. As with comedy if the client goes home happy at the end of the day, I've done my job!
Performing only for corporate, private and college clients now I have done shows in front of thousands of people, which is excellent training for this profession. Knowing what to say and what not to say in certain situations is invaluable. A customized approach for every person's real estate transaction is one of my goals.
The bottom line when interacting with people is something I was taught at a very early age—The Golden Rule. "Do unto others as you would have them do unto you!"
