Nancy Nagy has been part of the leadership of Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices Chicago in Chicago since 2013 when Koenig & Strey and Prudential Rubloff Properties merged to become Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices Chicago. Introducing the Berkshire Hathaway brand to Chicago real estate, she established a vision for the company as the strongest and most successful home services provider in the Chicagoland market. She joined Koenig & Strey two years before the merger and had also been president of their mortgage company.
Under her leadership, the firm consistently ranks first in the Midwest and among the Top 10 in the BHHS global network. The firm has 24 offices, 1,400 brokers and $5 billion in 2018 sales including brokerage, title, lending and insurance.
Nancy has been among the Swanepoel Power 200 since 2016, and the Top 20 Most Powerful Women Executives in Real Estate in 2018.
Nancy actively participates in Realty Alliance, Vision Group and Gathering of Eagles. She serves on the boards of directors for the National Association of REALTORS®, where she is one of the 75 large firm representatives, and the Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices Chicago Cares Foundation. She previously served on the Executive Committee of board of directors of Chicago Association of REALTORS®.
