As CEO of Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices Chicago, Diane Glass proudly leads a nearly $5 billion brokerage with close to 1,400 brokers and 24 offices as well as its family of homeownership services that include Prosperity Home Mortgage, Fort Dearborn Title and HomeServices Insurance. Under her leadership, the company has expanded its footprint, helping more people in more places Move Confidently by adding offices in the Andersonville neighborhood of Chicago as well as La Grange, Evergreen Park and River Forest in Illinois.
Locally, Glass serves on the Chicago Association of REALTORS® Diversity 77 Committee, affectionately known as “The D77”, providing peers with answers and advice as well as filtering information into CAR as it relates to fair housing and economic development. Nationally, Glass is among the leadership of HomeServices of America’s national education and operational systems projects and previously served on the National Association of REALTORS® Board of Directors for the Top 75 Large Companies. In February of 2022, Glass was once again named to the prestigious RIS Media Newsmakers list in the Futurist’s category as a leader who is known as a Forward Thinker.

Previously, Glass was Director of Training and Education where she developed industry-leading training programs while raising standards for agent support. She was also assistant branch executive and technology trainer. She is widely respected as a thought leader on technology platforms and has a wealth of expertise in technology, agent development, training and operational skills. Glass holds an M.A. degree in Education from National-Louis University and a B.A. degree in Psychology from Northeastern Illinois University. She resides in Chicago, Illinois.

Mark Pasquesi is president of brokerage for Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices Chicago and focuses his considerable energy and enthusiasm on agent experience and strategic expansion initiatives. Previously, Pasquesi served as vice president and managing broker for the Lake Forest, Highland Park and Libertyville offices. The Lake Forest office has the top market share in the Lake Forest/Lake Bluff area and is the No. 1 office in Lake County for luxury sales.
Pasquesi loves what he does and feels extremely fortunate to work with the best agents in the business. He uses excellent leadership and communication skills as well as his extensive knowledge of brokerage, transactions and licensing to help each individual agent achieve their full potential. After leaving the practice of law in 2000, Pasquesi began a successful residential real estate career utilizing his experience as an attorney and his extensive knowledge of the Chicagoland real estate market that only a life-long resident can enjoy.
An Evans Scholarship recipient, Pasquesi earned a Bachelor of Arts degree from Northwestern University and a Juris Doctorate degree from the John Marshall Law School. He lives in Lake Forest with his wife Amy and their two young children.

Joe Stacy is senior vice president and general sales manager of Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices Chicago. He is dedicated to leading agent sales coaching and professional sales success. Known as a prodigious agent growth coach, Stacy has successfully managed the city’s Michigan Avenue office and the west suburban Glen Ellyn, Naperville, Wheaton and Schaumburg offices. Over 30 years of expertise in residential real estate sales and management make him an incredible resource for agents looking to grow their personal business.
Stacy also leads the Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices Chicago Cares Foundation, Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices Chicago’s philanthropic arm and their involvement with the Sunshine Kids.
