Evanston has been home to Bonnie since 1973. She has two children and three grandchildren, all who reside in Evanston and who attend both District 65 and 202 schools. Bonnie was elected as the Evanston Township Assessor from 2009 until Evanston Township was dissolved in 2014. As the past Assessor Bonnie can be very helpful in making sure sellers and buyers receive the exemptions that they are entitled to on their Real Estate Tax bill. Bonnie is also a Senior Real Estate Specialist. She has worked with many seniors who were moving to other states to be near their family. She has helped family members and seniors with negotiations, oversees last minute property issues and understands the sensitivity of selling a home where the senior has lived for a long time.
